You'll interpret spoken or signed statements in settings such as healthcare, legal proceedings, local government, and more.Interpreting conversations for individuals accessing public services (e.g. legal, health, and local authority services)Ensuring clarity and understanding after each statement or questionHandling confidential information with professionalism and discretionActing as a liaison between service users and service providersCommon Settings You May Work InHospitals, clinics, and GP surgeriesSocial care and child welfare meetingsSchools and other educational institutionsLegal appointments and court sessionsHousing offices and council departmentsBusiness and private sector engagementsWhat We're Looking ForFluency in English and at least one other languageHold a DPSI, Community Interpreting qualification, or other interpreting-related qualificationA valid DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)Legal right to work in the UKWhy Work With Language Empire?
