Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in Youth & Family Services, Community Services, or Employment Services
* Strong passion and drive to support young people prepare for and secure employment within the local community
* Ability to work effectively in a productive and collaborative environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Eligibility to work in Australia is essential. A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle are also required. In addition, applicants must be willing to complete a Criminal History Check and pass a Working with Children Check.
The ability to work on a Casual Basis between Monday and Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm is also necessary.
