We're looking for an experienced and inspiring Assistant Director to join our Brighton East team and help us continue delivering exceptional early learning for our local families.
About the Role
As the Assistant Director you'll work closely with our Campus Director and Educational Leader to create a nurturing, engaging, and high‐performing environment for children, families, and educators.

Campus Overview

About You
* A Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (or higher)
* 2–3+ years of leadership experience in an early learning setting
* Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF & CSS
* A supportive, proactive leadership style
* Excellent communication, problem‐solving and mentoring skills
* A full‐time, can‐do attitude and a love for creating meaningful learning experiences
