The Role:
We're seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager who excels at new business acquisition. You'll be responsible for identifying prospects, presenting Microsoft-based solutions, and closing deals across industries.
This is a hunting role who can own and manage their KPI's- perfect for someone who loves building pipelines, engaging decision-makers, and driving sales outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Prospecting and closing new business opportunities across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Managed Services.
* Leading the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, presentation, and closing.
* Engaging C-level stakeholders and tailoring cloud solutions to business needs.
* Collaborating with technical teams on solution design and PoCs.
* Tracking and managing deals in CRM (Dynamics 365), forecasting accurately, and smashing your targets.
What You'll Bring:
* 2+ years in a Hunter BDM or New Business Sales role (preferably IT or SaaS).
* Proven success selling Microsoft 365, Cybersecurity, Azure, or related cloud services.
* A track record of meeting/exceeding targets in new logo acquisition.
* Confidence engaging executives and crafting compelling business cases.
* Microsoft certifications (e.g. AZ-900, MS-900) are a strong plus.
