We are looking for experienced Disability Support Workers who have experience supporting people with complex care. About the Role: In home care assisting and enabling participants with daily tasks inc. meal preparation, personal care and administering medication. Assisting with domestic duties around the home. Support and enable participants to achieve their goals. About You: Experience with Tracheostomy & PEG feeding required. Ideally studying or completed Nursing qualification or similar in any country. Clinical experience is highly valued due to the complex care needs. Experience across a range of disabilities, including quadriplegic & complex care. Good communication skills. Empathy for the issues facing people with a disability. Strong belief in the principles of Person Centred Practices. NSW Driver’s License (or similar) plus own car is desirable.
