About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Administration Assistant to join our practice. This role is integral to the smooth operation of the clinic and involves being the first point of contact for clients, supporting our psychologists, and ensuring day-to-day administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
Greeting clients and managing phone, email, and in-person enquiries
Scheduling and coordinating appointments
Maintaining accurate client records with strict confidentiality
Processing payments and managing invoicing
General office setting and administration to support the practice team
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident in making phone calls
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Competence with computers and willingness to learn new systems (training provided)
A friendly, professional, and approachable manner
Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team
Previous experience in an administration or reception role (healthcare setting desirable but not essential)
Versatile part-time hours with potential for growth
Initially 15 hrs Tuesday – Thursday and 1 hr Zoom team meeting Friday
