The opportunity
We're looking for a Property Manager to join our Coburg team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in property management who is ready to step up and continue developing within a structured and supportive environment. You'll manage your own portfolio with the support of leasing and administration, allowing you to focus on building relationships and delivering a great client experience.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing a residential portfolio with support
* Building strong relationships with rental providers and renters
* Assisting with leasing, applications, and compliance
* Conducting routine inspections and coordinating maintenance
* Learning to manage more complex tenancy matters and VCAT processes
* Working collaboratively within a supportive team environment
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in property management
* Understanding of Victorian legislation (or willingness to learn)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Organised with good attention to detail
* Eager to learn and grow within the industry
* Current Agent's Representative Certificate
* Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
