We're excited to offer a rewarding opportunity to join Doutta Galla Harmony Village as a Clinical Care Supervisor (Grade 5). In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional clinical care services and overseeing care planning.
The successful candidate will join our dedicated clinical team and must embrace the Aged Care Quality Standards to deliver personalised care to maximise each resident's health, well-being and choice.
What you will bring:
* Experience as an RN in Charge in a residential aged care home
* Dedication to resident care and support
* Excellent clinical knowledge regarding medical conditions, palliative care, and care of people living with dementia
* High level interpersonal and written skills
* A positive and flexible attitude
* Experience in managing and leading staff
* Ability to effectively communicate with residents, resident representatives and other health professionals
* Current AHPRA Registered Nurse DIV 1 registration with no conditions
