* Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver 5-star experiences at every touchpoint
* Maintain a proactive approach to complaint handling and resolve issues with confidence
* Upsell and promote special promotions or facilities available within the hotel
* Manage administrative and data entry for guest relations
* Guest Communications (including internal and external phone calls)
* Guest Services (not limited to checking in and checking out our guests)
Qualifications and Skills:
* A positive attitude and professionalism
* Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment
* Strong team player with the ability to work cohesively and collaboratively
* Proficient in computer systems, with experience in Opera Cloud
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and nights
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to guest needs
