Customer Care Coordinator page is loaded## Customer Care Coordinatorlocations: Australia | SEQ | Brisbane - 1123 Beaudesert Rdtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR119121**Company :**Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd**About the Role**Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a **Customer Care Coordinator** to join our award-winning team.Reporting to the Customer Care Centre Manager, you will:* Act as the point of contact for the Construction Industries function, ensuring a professional, timely, confidential and efficient delivery of internal and external customer service.* Act as the liaison between customers and the company by addressing customer issues and solving customer problems.* Support the Customer Care Centre with phone and email enquiries as required.* Promote digital and eCommerce solutions to our customers where applicable.* Engage with multiple internal stakeholders, including service, sales, operations, management as well as multiple vendors and Caterpillar.* Manage site check in and safety induction for visitors and ensure they are fully briefed on safety requirements immediately on arrival.* Manage CAT retail store layout and inventory including monitoring of stock movement, promotions, and price changes for the retail store.* Maximise customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately, including liaising with marketing to ensure relevant materials are displayed.* Greet all visitors in a friendly and professional manner on arrival* Maintain a neat, tidy, and safe office environment for all employees and visitors to site* Coordinate work persons (contracts) on site for example but not limited to fire alarm testing and pest control including processing of invoices for payment, purchase orders etc.* Provide administration and technical support (CX area) to the general office to coordinate and execute Hastings Deering internal and external events, including but not limited to exhibitions, product launches, customer demo days, sponsor days and conferences.Hastings Deering is proud to be one of the top 5 Caterpillar dealerships globally.
