Swinburne is seeking a detail-driven and collaborative CMM Project Officer to support the delivery of the Curriculum Maintenance Manager (CMM) Service—an essential partnership with the Victorian Skills Authority.In this dynamic role, you’ll contribute to the development of Victorian Purchasing Guides, maintain accredited courses, and provide strategic insights on training packages and policy. You’ll work closely with public and private providers, teacher networks, and training package developers to help shape the future of education in Community Services, Health, Art, Entertainment, Design, Sport, Fitness, and Recreation.Based at our Hawthorn campus with flexible work options, this is your opportunity to join a future-focused, empowered, and engaged team that values innovation, accountability, and collaboration.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong grasp of VET frameworks, and enjoy building relationships across diverse stakeholders—this role is for you.About YouTo be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:Demonstrated advanced organisational, knowledge management and time management skills within a Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector context. Including the ability to meet project deadlines and prioritise a diverse and competing workload.A working knowledge of National and State policy and regulatory matters relating to the VET sector.A thorough knowledge of National Training Packages, Accredited Courses and Victorian Purchasing Guides.Demonstrated high-level ICT skills in the creation and use of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.Ability to communicate, to convey and elicit information effectively, and to develop cooperative working relationships with diverse stakeholders and working parties internally and externally to the University.QualificationsA degree with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and specialist expertise in administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent (Preferable)About Swinburne University Of TechnologySwinburne’s strategy draws upon our understanding of future challenges.
