Job Description
We are seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Graduate Nurses. In this role, you will be part of a comprehensive 2-year foundational paediatric nursing pathway that includes 3 rotational clinical placements incorporating medical, surgical and specialty nursing practice specific to our paediatric population.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing high-quality patient care and contributing to excellent patient outcomes
* Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with patients, families and colleagues
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Completion of an accredited Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent qualification
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
