We are seeking an experienced Executive to support our CEO and Chairman, as well as manage the day-to-day operations of our Mornington office.
About the Role
* Provide proactive administrative support to senior leadership
* Manage calendars, travel, and logistics across multiple countries
* Prepare materials, correspondence, and meeting agendas
* Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Oversee office operations and vendor management
* Support events, workshops, and team activities in the Mornington office

Key Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in senior administrative support
* Confidence managing competing priorities and shifting schedules
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Discretion, proactivity, and the ability to anticipate needs
* Experience working across time zones (global organisation experience ideal)
* High proficiency with MS Office, Teams, Zoom, shared calendars
