The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work with children, provide therapy services, and be involved in kindergarten development programs.
* Client Assessment and Therapy: Comprehensive assessments are conducted to identify speech, language, and communication needs, and tailored therapy plans are developed for each child's unique requirements.
* Therapy Provision: Sessions can be conducted through telehealth, face-to-face, or a combination of both, based on individual working arrangements.
* Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Close collaboration occurs with families, educators, and other professionals to support each child's development.
* Coaching and Strategy Implementation: Coaching and strategies are provided to parents, carers, and educators to enhance the carryover of therapy goals.
