We are looking for an experienced lawyer with a proven track record in contract negotiation, drafting, and managing complex legal matters.
You will need:
* Bachelor of Law and an unrestricted Queensland Practising Certificate (or eligibility to obtain one immediately)
* 7+ years post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law, ideally across energy, resources, procurement, or governance
* Proven ability in contract negotiation, drafting, and managing complex legal matters
* Experience in top-tier law firms or large in-house environments
* A collaborative, pragmatic approach and strong stakeholder engagement skills
