The Role
As a Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for the ongoing upkeep and safety of the facility, including:
* Maintaining buildings, equipment, and grounds to a high standard
* Performing preventative and reactive maintenance tasks
* Using tools and equipment safely and effectively
* Liaising with contractors and supporting site compliance requirements
* Supporting safety, infection control, and a resident centred environment

What You Bring
* Proven maintenance experience, ideally within aged care, medical, or healthcare settings
* Confidence using tools and maintenance equipment
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
* Relevant licences or tickets, or willingness to obtain them
* Understanding of safety, infection control, and compliance standards
* Current National Police Certificate and NDIS Worker Screening Check suitable for aged care employment
