**How will I help?**
This role exists to provide End User Computing support and Service Delivery Management to our organisation's Executive and Leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join a large, successful, multi-brand company with potential to develop and grow your career.
**What will you do?**
- Demonstrate ownership and manage incident resolution from end-to-end.
- Escalate and provide visibility, as appropriate, to senior IT management.
- Monitor and track service delivery against SLAs, and support continual service improvement by identifying and implementing changes to deliver enhanced service quality.
- Effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Provide advanced advice and assistance with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
- Work independently and collaboratively with diverse groups in a team environment using logic-based troubleshooting skills.

**What do I need?**
- 1+ years' experience with specific focus on supporting executives\VIPs and their assistants.
- Experience navigating support ticket management
- Understanding of Mac OS and Windows 10 & 11.
- Experience with virtualization technologies, and virtual desktop.
- Experience with enterprise drive encryption technologies such as Bitlocker/MBAM.
- Experienced in supporting tablet and mobile devices in an enterprise setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent task and time management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- ITILv3 Foundation.
- Project Certification.
- MCP or MCSE certification.
