The Team – Infinity Capital Solutions
Infinity Capital Solutions (ICS) is the solutions arm of VFGL and is committed to designing, building, and delivering institutional‑grade investment solutions and digital tools that help our clients achieve their desired outcomes. It is made up of Infinity Portfolio Management (IPM), Infinity Asset Management (IAM) and Infinity Digital.
You will be working closely with our Infinity Portfolio Management team who offer a bespoke investment management service to wholesale clients only, typically HNW/UHNW families and for‑purpose entities.
About the Role
We are seeking a technically skilled and personable individual to join an intimate team of portfolio investment specialists. The role's key responsibilities include client contact and fulfilment, administrative duties and analysis in preparation for client meetings.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing analysis and reports in advance of client meetings, as well as following up post‑meeting actions.
* Client administration, including file maintenance, account set‑up, off‑market transfers and corporate action participation.
* Being a key port‑of‑call for client relationships and supporting the formulation of client communications.
* Opportunities to develop skills by attending and observing client meetings and supporting equity and derivative trading operations.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* A bachelor's degree qualification, ideally within Commerce or a related field.
* 2+ years experience in the financial sector in similar Associate Advisor or Client Service Manager role.
* Willingness to undertake and complete further studies and/or examinations as required by legislation, as well as an accelerated undertaking of additional accreditations related to the role if not already held, such as SMSF and ADA1/ ADA2 accreditations.
* Direct shares and derivatives experience are favourable, but not necessary.
