**The Role**
Guided Weapons and Explosive Ordnance (GWEO) Systems Division is seeking a self-motivated and high performing individual to join the GWEO Air Branch as the Pricing and Cost Analysis Manager.
- Manage the program's operating budget model and will resolve issues to contribute best practice and continuous improvement of processes related to finance.
- Prepare and review briefs, reports and other correspondence on financial compliance matters.
- Analyse and evaluate cost estimates and advise senior management to support the decision making process.

GWEO Air Branch is an integral part of GWEO Systems Division, which is part of the new GWEO Group. Our team is made up of various disciplines (including engineering, project management, commercial, logistics, and corporate enabling services). We are located in ACT, NSW and QLD and our focus is to acquire and sustain guided weapons and munitions for the Australian Defence Force.

Our branch comprises over 180 dedicated employees performing activities such as requirements setting; contracting; procurement; international logistics; item management and maintenance, and co-ordination of disposal.
