Job Title: Solicitor Family Law 2+ PAE
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee family law cases and client files, ensuring diligent handling of each case.
Collaborate with a team of experienced legal professionals, including two directors with a combined 37 years of experience in family law, an associate lawyer, and support staff, to provide comprehensive legal services.
Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide legal advice, and represent them in family law matters.
Maintain a high standard of communication and client service, ensuring that clients are informed and supported throughout their legal proceedings.
Work autonomously when necessary, while also being open to collaboration and seeking support from the team as needed.
Uphold the law firm's values of maintaining a supportive work environment and promoting work-life balance.
Education and Experience Information:
Must possess a current practicing certificate or be able to obtain one.
Required to have experience in family law, with a preference for candidates with 2+ years of post-admission experience (PAE).
Candidates with less or more than 2+ years of PAE will also be considered, provided they have relevant family law experience.
Ideally, the candidate should have experience in managing their own file load, demonstrating autonomy and proficiency in handling cases.
Salary Information:
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
