Key Event Management Role
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience as Events Supervisor in a 5-star hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, well-developed computer skills, and the ability to train and develop associates.
This role assists the Events Manager in efficiently managing the outlet according to established procedures, providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.
Responsibilities:
* Assist the Events Manager in managing the outlet efficiently.
* Coordinate with Kitchen department on a daily basis regarding operation and quality control.
* Conduct regular inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
* Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to the Events Manager if no immediate solution can be found.
* Maximise the effectiveness of associates by developing each of their skills and abilities through appropriate training, coaching and mentoring.
