We’re currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our fast-paced Residential Housing department. Based in our Stapylton Head Office. The successful candidate will work alongside our high performing sales team to coordinate a portfolio of projects, communicate timelines, and provide customer service support to our clients.

Job Description/Typical Duties:
Provide support to our Sales representatives with their day-to-day duties
Confirm orders with customers
Order stock from suppliers for customer orders
Liaise with customers and arrange delivery of goods
Keep track of all open orders by checking stock levels, delivery dates and payment
Actively maintain a strong product knowledge of goods being supplied
Maintain professional contact with internal and external stakeholders
Follow security procedures
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar capacity or strong Administration Customer service
Intermediate computer skills
Ability to work unsupervised
Proactive team player
Excellent communication and customer service skills
The ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks
