Offer description

Are you a passionate and qualified Dental Hygienist/Therapist looking to join a supportive, welcoming clinic? This role offers the chance to work in an environment that prioritises personalised care, modern dentistry, and a positive patient experience.

You'll be joining a family-owned, recently renovated clinic in regional Victoria, with a diverse patient base, modern facilities, and a genuinely supportive team culture.

Why this role?

* Variety & Autonomy: Work across a broad scope of preventative and therapeutic treatments, with the freedom to continue expanding your clinical skills.
* Supportive Environment: You'll have access to experienced clinicians and a collaborative team for guidance, mentorship, and clinical support.
* Clear Career Pathway: Opportunities for ongoing professional development and long-term growth within a stable, patient-focused clinic.
* Relocation Support: Assistance available for candidates relocating to regional Victoria.
* Visa Sponsorship: Available for eligible international applicants looking to build their career in Australia.

What you'll be doing:

* Deliver high-quality preventative and periodontal care, including patient education and oral health promotion
* Provide hygiene and therapy services to a diverse patient base, including children and families
* Work collaboratively with dentists to support comprehensive patient care
* Manage clear aligner workflows, including record taking, commencing and completing treatment, patient support, and Dental Monitoring
* Maintain compliance with AHPRA guidelines and uphold the highest standards of clinical care

What we're looking for:

* Qualified and Registered: You hold a recognised Dental Therapist qualification
* Experienced (or Eager to Learn): Ideally you have 1+ years' experience in a hygiene or therapy role, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply.
* Patient-Focused: You're passionate about preventative care, patient education, and building strong, trust-based relationships with patients of all ages.
* Team-Oriented: You enjoy collaborating with dentists and support staff to deliver smooth, high-quality patient care.
* Professional & Proactive: You bring strong communication, time-management and organisational skills, with a calm, confident and patient-centred approach.
* Growth-Minded: You're motivated to learn, develop, and contribute positively to the clinic's culture.

Why regional practice? Practicing in Hamilton means exposure to a broader range of patients and treatments than many city practices. You'll accelerate your skills while making a real difference in the community, all in a welcoming, lifestyle-friendly location.

Hamilton offers the best of both worlds: a strong sense of community and an active, family-friendly lifestyle. Surrounded by stunning hiking trails and natural attractions, it's perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. You're just a short drive from beautiful beaches, making weekend getaways easy. With excellent schools, parks, and a supportive local network, Hamilton is ideal for those with growing families who want space, safety, and connection without sacrificing career opportunities.

Ready to take the next step in your career? Apply today and join a practice that values quality care, professional growth, and work-life balance.
