Sydney Harbour Days is growing fast and we're looking for a Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our remote crew. You'll be the go-to for clients booking everything from milestone birthdays to iconic NYE cruises - all while working from your home office.
The role at a glance
Remote (NSW-based)
Strong knowledge of Sydney Harbour, wharfs & local landmarks essential
Casual, 35–38 hrs/week (with opportunity to go permanent)
What you'll do
* Manage customer enquiries and bookings for boat hires and cruises
* Provide exceptional support via phone and email
* Build strong client relationships and ensure a seamless experience
* Share knowledge of our fleet and guide clients to the right option
What we're looking for
* Strong communication skills – written and verbal
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
* Ability to resolve issues calmly and effectively
* Knowledge of Sydney Harbour, wharfs, and landmarks
* Upbeat, personable, and client-focused
* Background in Customer Service, Event Management, Tourism, Sales, Yachting, or the Boating Industry (preferred)
Application Requirements
* Permanent Aussie working rights
* At least 2 years of sales (or customer service) experience
* Must be based in NSW (Sydney region preferred)
* Fluent in English
