About Our Venues
We operate across 4 unique venues, each offering a distinct dining experience. Our Australian Grill serves fresh seafood, dry-aged fish, and shellfish with seasonal sauces and local produce, while our Vietnamese-French cuisine venue offers an exquisite culinary journey.
Your Role
* As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will deliver outstanding service, share your knowledge of food and drinks, and foster long-lasting relationships with our guests.
* Work closely with your colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver food and beverages with precision and attention to detail, adhering to our high standards.
* Guide guests through menus, highlighting ingredients and making recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
* Maintain a clean and well-stocked station, supporting our setup process before service.

Requirements
* Previous experience in fast-paced or premium environments, preferably in hospitality.
* Strong food and beverage knowledge, including cocktails, wine, and dietary requirements.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a warm and guest-focused attitude.
