We are currently looking for a talented Multimedia Content Advisor to join us, based on 12M Parental Leave Cover. 
**About the Role**: 
Whilst you will be initially based on the North Western Program Alliance on a 12M Parental Leave Cover, once complete, this could lead to other opportunities within John Holland. 
Reporting to the Communications Manager, the Multimedia Content Advisor role is responsible for 80% digital and video content production and 20% internal communications. A very diverse role, you will work across internal and external Alliance teams to develop, implement and evaluate digital, communication and engagement activities. 
**Responsibilities of the role include;**: 
- Producing digital video content to inform and engage NWPA staff, key stakeholders, the project owner (LXRP) and the general public 
- Pre-production planning, filming, and editing all videos, including generating storyboards, coaching talent, gathering pre-exiting content, searching for stock material and music 
- Capturing project milestones and supplying video footage to the LXRP digital team 
- Producing engaging video content for the LXRP’s social media channels 
- Managing project timelapse suppliers (external) and distributing footage internally 
- Working with internal Alliance stakeholders to develop engaging videos for staff events and communications campaigns 
- Producing digital content to support the Alliance’s internal communications strategy 
- Video content calendar management, updating internal platforms (SharePoint) and reporting into the Communications Manager with weekly meetings. 
- Other duties as requested by the Communications Manager 
**To be successful in this role, you will have;**: 
- Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Journalism, Communications or related 
- More than 3 years’ experience of video production incl. videography, video editing, grading, subtitling and formatting for various platforms 
- Ability to produce a video from brief to final delivery, managing each production step proactively and effectively 
- Proficient use of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition and other necessary software for producing videos in a Windows environment 
- Proficiency with video and audio recording equipment, including cameras (DSLR), storage devices, mics, tripods, lights and other related equipment necessary to capture live action footage 
- Excellent relationship building and management skills 
- Skilled and articulate communication skills, to successfully convey complex digital solutions in a simple and engaging way

- Ability to travel to various Project sites across Melbourne
