Real estate sales consultant

A rare opportunity for a skilled Real Estate Agent/Salesperson to join our established team in Keith, South Australia. Prior experience in real estate and a current SA (RSR/RLA) registration is essential.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to source leads, drive listings and sales of rural, residential and lifestyle properties in Keith and surrounding areas.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and support throughout the sales process and ongoing post‐sale.
• Manage buyer enquiries, perform property appraisals and negotiate agreements.
• Build market intelligence and develop sales and marketing strategies that reflect the local market.
• Maintain industry compliance and legislative requirements in every aspect of the role.

• Ability to engage with and build long‐term customer relationships, achieving optimal outcomes for both sellers and buyers.
• Self‐motivated, strong negotiator, driven to succeed and achieve tangible results.
• Previous success selling real estate, ideally within rural and lifestyle segments.
• Commercially savvy, professional presentation, and integrity in all dealings.
• Current sales representative registration or real‐estate agent licence.
