Tasks & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our busy store, including:
* Overseeing daily operations of the store
* Managing inventory and stock levels
* Leading up to 10 to 12 people per shift
* Delivering food of exceptional quality and in line with strict food safety guidelines
* Motivating your team to achieve key shift targets
* Cash management
* Rostering and planning
* Promoting and advertising the store in the local area
* Training and supervising staff
* Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues
* Driving sales and meeting targets
* Providing exceptional customer service
* Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous retail management experience (at least two years) in a food store
* Diploma or higher qualification
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Knowledge of food industry regulations
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Flexible schedule
* A head for figures, with experience managing budgets, targets, and other financial aspects
* A high level of food safety awareness
* Exceptional interpersonal and people management skills
* Full-time work rights in Australia
