Responsibilities
* Engage with clients, end-users, and development teams to gather and document business and system requirements
* Review existing operational processes, workflows, and digital systems to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
* Propose practical recommendations to enhance business operations and system performance
* Prepare functional and technical documentation for system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations
* Plan and coordinate ICT projects, managing schedules, resources, and budgets
* Lead system testing activities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solutions meet quality and functionality standards
* Develop training materials and deliver knowledge-sharing sessions to system users and staff
* Support the enhancement and optimisation of websites, applications, and information systems in collaboration with developers
Requirements
