Your Key Responsibilities
 * Front-of-House Excellence: Provide top-notch reception service, support visitors and staff, and maintain a smooth site operation with a smile.
 * Administrative Support: Assist Site Operations Managers with key systems (admissions, contracts) and ensure all admin tasks follow best practices and policies.
 * Financial Administration: Handle billing, claims, and reconciliations with care and accuracy, while assisting residents with accessing their funds and navigating financial systems.
 * People Development: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff support - from timesheets to performance reviews - while creating a positive workplace experience.
 * Facilities Coordination: Coordinate maintenance requests, support building works including purchasing, resident moves, communication, and ensure residents and staff enjoy a safe, well-managed environment.
A strong background in customer service and administration, with a passion for creating positive experiences. Confident working independently, with great time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
