The Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will provide effective maintenance in a safe, efficient and cost‐effective manner to ensure that production and statutory requirements are met.
Responsibilities
* Routine maintenance inspections, shutdown, and fixed plant work
* Work on a range of mining equipment including structural steel, storage bins, chutes, guarding and pipe work
* Interpret scale drawings or specifications to determine job requirements and materials
Qualifications & Attributes
* Trade experience in mining, heavy industry or quarrying with an Engineering Fabrication Trade (Heavy Fabrication-Boilermaking)
* Ability to meet deadlines and maintain high safety standards with risk/control awareness
* High level of work quality and exceptional communication skills
* Team spirit as part of a high performing team
