About the Role
The purpose of this role is to partner with staff across an organisation to promote quality, safe systems and improvement activities.
This includes supporting the implementation of organisational risk and quality systems and processes through coaching and mentoring, as well as being an ambassador for culture change within our organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting and monitoring the implementation of the Risk Management Framework in accordance with regulatory requirements.
* Leading investigations into serious incidents and thematic reviews.
* Assisting with safety processes related to incident reporting, clinical investigations, and legislative compliance.
* Providing expertise in areas such as systems thinking, operational excellence, change management, and data analytics.
* Actively promoting and managing the use of a risk register.
Requirements include a qualification in a health profession or relevant registration if applicable, post-graduate qualifications in Quality, Risk Management, and Improvement, familiarity with safety analysis tools, and experience in developing and delivering education and training in a health context.
