Occupational Therapist
This role offers supported entry into private practice, giving early‐career occupational therapists the opportunity to work with a diverse, multidisciplinary team while developing clinical confidence in a burnout‐prevention model.
About the Role
Full‐time early‐career OT positions are available at the following clinics:
* Mount Lawley Clinic – 1 OT
* Bibra Lake Clinic – 1 OT
* Joondalup Clinic – 1 OT
Key responsibilities and requirements include:
* Support a full‐time caseload of no more than 25 client hours per week, including travel and report writing.
* Maintain a focus on scheduled time off and keep appointments within allocated hours.
* Participate in regular caseload monitoring to maintain a balanced presentation.
* Hold a valid driver's licence and own vehicle.
* Meet the eligibility requirements to work within NDIS, Medicare, and Workers' Compensation systems.

Location
Our clinics are located in Mount Lawley, Bibra Lake, Joondalup, Midland, and Cottesloe. Staff can work from various clinic locations or from home for reporting and telehealth. Public transport and parking are available at each site.
