Join Our Team: Shaping a More Responsive Mental Health and Social Emotional Well-being Medicare Mental Health Service
At PCCS, we're pioneering a path in mental health and social emotional well-being services. Our service stands as a beacon of hope and support for those navigating their journey towards well‐being. It is tailored to meet the intricate tapestry of needs within our community, those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and people of all ages from various locations.
Your Role: More Than Just a Job
As part of our team, you'll engage in meaningful conversations, acting as the concierge of mental health services. A deep commitment to understanding and empathising with every person's unique story.
A strengths‐based approach, focusing on what's strong, not just what's wrong.
An unwavering belief in the power of conversation to uncover what truly matters to someone.
A readiness to explore, evaluate, and explain service options, including their benefits and compromises.
An agile mindset, ready to liaise with various service providers and pivot strategies to enhance service fit and satisfaction.
A passion for continuous improvement, seeking feedback, and following up to ensure services not only meet but exceed expectations.
Degree in Social Work, Nursing or other Allied Health Professions
NDISWS and WWCC
Driver's Licence
Our Promise: A Culture of Care and Continuous Learning

We promise an environment that fosters growth, values each contribution, and champions the well‐being of both our staff and the communities we serve.
How You'll Make a Difference:
Act as a primary contact point, offering a warm, non-judgmental listening ear and expert guidance.
Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each individual's unique situation and needs.
Provide informed referrals, connecting people with the right services and supports.
