Account Manager Opportunity
Do you love turning customers into raving fans? Are you naturally curious about how businesses tick and thrive on helping them succeed? If so, EventsAir wants you on our team based in our head office at Eight Mile Plains in Brisbane (car parking- we got you!)
At EventsAir, we empower organizations to create seamless, impactful events through innovative event tech. We’re looking for an Account Manager who is equal parts relationship builder, problem solver, and growth strategist — someone who loves working with passionate clients in a fast-paced, ever-evolving SaaS environment.
What You'll Do
Be the primary contact for a portfolio of awesome clients — from global corporations to vibrant universities and ambitious and maintain strong relationships, ensuring customers see real results and ROI from EventsAir.Deep dive into each client’s business goals, crafting strategies that align our world-class products with their success.Drive customer retention and revenue growth through thoughtful upsell and cross-sell report on key customer metrics including contact frequency, renewal rates, and add-on revenue.Tackle customer challenges head-on — coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.Partner with marketing, new sales, success, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Meeting (and exceeding!) retention and revenue targets.Being seen as a trusted advisor to your customers — someone who “just gets it.”Contributing to a culture that values connection, collaboration, and continuous learning.
What You'll Bring?
Proven experience in account management, client success, or relationship management within SaaS or technology industries.Excellent communication and presentation skills — you’re confident engaging with everyone from event execs to C-suite leaders.Strategic thinking and a consultative approach — you see the big picture without losing sight of the details.A love for teamwork, innovation, and celebrating shared wins.An enjoyment to tastefully upsell and cross-sell consultatively to our customers along their journey with EventsAir.
