About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Graduate Structural Engineer to join our team. This role offers a two-year fixed-term contract with the potential for permanent placement, providing a comprehensive technical and commercial skills training blend. You will have the opportunity to rotate through diverse business units, gaining a thorough understanding of operations and strategic initiatives.
* You will be responsible for building key relationships with customers and stakeholders, promoting and enabling reinforcing solutions.
* You will participate in project meetings and contribute to technical discussions, collaborating with customers and designers to deliver integrated project outcomes.
* You will apply critical thinking to leverage knowledge and experience within the business to deliver optimised solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, and a willingness to learn and take direction from senior engineers. The successful applicant will also have Australian/NZ citizenship or a visa granting unlimited working rights, completion of an Australian tertiary degree within the past three years in Civil or Structural Engineering or similar, and less than two years of full-time, discipline-specific work experience.
