As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in sharing stories of walks and driving digital campaigns to inspire more people to connect with wild landscapes through our brand.
Digital Marketing Role
* Support the Marketing Manager in implementing marketing strategy, including reporting on key performance indicators.
* Develop SEO content and make technical updates of website, ensuring it is user-friendly and provides excellent customer experience.
* Update itineraries and other marketing collateral as required to reflect changes in walking experiences and products.
* Coordinate paid social media advertising, including set-up, monitoring, and ongoing management to optimise advertisement performance and ensure compliance with relevant advertising rules and regulations.
* Perform ongoing reviews of social media advertisement trends to stay ahead of competition and adapt marketing strategy accordingly.
* Produce creative and on-brand copywriting for campaign messaging, email marketing, blog posts, itinerary development, and other marketing collateral.
* Respond to traveller reviews on digital platforms and engage in social listening on social media sites to ensure exceptional customer service.
