About the role
As a Civil Engineering Technician at A PLUS PLUMBING NSW PTY LTD', you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's civil and structural engineering projects. This full-time position is based in Marsden Park, NSW, and surrounding Sydney and offers the opportunity to contribute to the design, planning, and execution of a variety of infrastructure developments.
What you'll be doing
Liaise and managing Suppliers and Subcontractors:
· Liaise with Client's, Designers, and site teams to deliver projects.
· Attending site meetings and ensuring minutes complied with and relevant correspondence and paperwork are completed with issues are resolved.
· Weekly, and monthly Dashboard to show progress to client and stakeholders.
· Monitoring and updating Revit/Navisworks models
· Exporting and aligning GNSS for Set-out.
· Completing Shop Drawings and WAE for handover.
· Bidding, tendering and completing Variations for Claims.
· Programming works for early works to completion.
· Assisting the Project Team to complete works in accordance with the contract documentation and APlus standards and procedures
· Supporting the Project Team in the planning and management of project deliverables to ensure all project requirements are met.
· Maintaining the monitoring of project progress, costs, safety, and QA / QC procedures
· Maintaining document control registers and ensure that current copies of quality system.
Assisting in the award of contracts with the drafting of management plans, work methodology (MOPs), inspection and test plans, safety, and environmental plans

## Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
* Educational background in any construction field is acceptable for this role.
* Chartered/Professional Engineer status [if applicable].
* Proven experience in delivering civil engineering projects.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in civil engineering project delivery is required.
* Demonstrated knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and project management.
* Strong IT and software skills in project design and monitoring tools.
