We are partnering with one the largest social media brands to help businesses build brand awareness, increase product sales, and much more. This person will be a trusted advisor, product consultant and subject matter expert regarding solutions.This is an opportunity to work with one of the fastest-growing players in social media, with the support of a leading global professional services company. Accenture offers a range of benefits such as; training, external study support and unrivalled opportunities for growth and further progression both within the team and other sales roles.ResponsibilitiesManage a high value set of strategically important agencies driving significant revenue.Create and build Media Plans, RFPs, QBRs and detail the benefit of using the platform to the agency to drive revenue from new clients.Develop new Agency Business in your specific market by prospecting, pitching and establishing business relationships to drive success for your Agencies on the platform.Gain an understanding of our Agency partners’ business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed.Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop, maintain, and grow relationshipsUpsell/cross-sell/activate existing and new accounts.Effectively communicate new features and enhancements from our Product team to your book of business through an array of meetings and education sessions.Track, analyse, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends internally and to partners.Establish clear advertising goals with agencies or direct accounts including entering campaign goals (KPIs) associated with CPA, ROI, ROAS, CPC, etc.Support new joiners into the team and support in training and providing best-in-class examples of salesmanship to junior sellers.QualificationsMinimum 3 years’ experience in Advertising Technology campaign management in any online ad platform (X, Meta, Google, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc) from either within an agency or from managing agency clientsAbility to consistently deliver to revenue targets, manage your book of business and work creatively to identify new opportunities for clients.Knowledge of the latest trends associated with online marketing.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Experience interfacing with senior clients, ideally in an Agency context.Very strong analytical and reporting skills; Experience using data driven solutioning to drive positive business outcomes.Team player / collaborative operating style with the desire and ability to learn on the fly and do what needs to be done.An innovative mind always willing and able to contribute creative solutions to problems as they arise.Tech-savvy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technology, particularly online technology.The ability to think and react quickly.Deadline oriented.Preferably experienced in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Office/G-Suite collaboration and presentation tools.Accenture Progressive Employee BenefitsTo view our Progressive Employee Benefits covering Health, Wellbeing, Progressive Leave Options, Sustainability click on the link below.Progressive Employee Benefits – AustraliaEqual Employment Opportunity Statement for Australia and New Zealand:At Accenture, our intention is to foster a culture and a workplace in which all of our people feel a sense of belonging and are respected and empowered to do their best work.We encourage applications from all people with the relevant skillset, and we are committed to removing barriers to the recruitment process and employee lifecycle.
