In this role, you'll:
you will be part of a high impact team delivering enterprise-wide transformation and strategic change initiatives across Transport for NSW. You will embed leading-practice methodologies, leverage insight-led decision making, and help drive sustainable improvement across complex service and operating environments.
You will lead transformation and discovery activities, develop practical frameworks, and partner closely with senior stakeholders to ensure initiatives align to strategic priorities and deliver measurable outcomes. The role includes scoping complex programs of work, managing third-party providers, and applying consulting and capability mapping approaches to strengthen organisational maturity and internal capability.
As a key contributor to the team, you will:
Prepare high-quality proposals, briefs and strategic advisory materials
Lead resource and capability planning to balance demand, capacity and priorities
Manage pipeline and portfolio planning to support prioritisation and investment decisions
Coordinate the Centre of Excellence for Business Architecture, Process Design and Improvement, embedding standards, tools and leading practice
Drive adoption of consistent ways of working and enable cross-functional alignment
You will design and implement scalable tools, templates and methodologies, translate insight into clear, actionable strategies, and facilitate workshops that bring diverse stakeholders together. You will support teams to adopt new ways of working, strengthen operational resilience, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

About you
You are an experienced transformation and advisory practitioner who is comfortable operating in complex, enterprise scale environments. You bring a balance of strategic thinking, practical delivery, and strong stakeholder leadership, with the ability to see beyond individual initiatives to the broader system and future context.
You will bring:
Experience delivering enterprise transformation, change or complex initiatives
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
Proven people leadership and coaching capability, with a focus on building internal capability
Experience in consulting disciplines, internal advisory roles and proposal development
Strong capability in designing and embedding scalable tools, templates and ways of working
Systems thinking capability, with the ability to understand interdependencies across services, processes, technology and governance
Strategic foresight skills, including the ability to anticipate emerging risks, opportunities and future-state implications when shaping advice and solutions
Confidence facilitating workshops and driving collaborative, cross-functional outcomes
Experience managing third-party vendors and navigating complex governance environments
Capability in resource, demand and pipeline planning across a portfolio of work
Experience coordinating or contributing to a Centre of Excellence
