Registered Nurse Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Home & Community Clinical team. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing direct clinical nursing care to our clients in their homes in line with best practice nursing procedures.
* Conducting clinical assessments, dressings, medication assessment, and catheter changing.
* Developing a holistic nursing care plan in collaboration with client, carer, Care Advisor, and Allied health where relevant.
* Providing safe, quality nursing practice to clients with specific needs and/or complex needs.
* Liaising with all parties involved in the care of the client to maintain holistic healthcare and wellbeing.
* Ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
* A genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly.
* Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar.
* Minimum 3 years post-graduate nursing experience.
* Experience in clinical assessments.
* Initiative and the ability to work independently.
* Strong computer skills especially Microsoft Office products and ability to pick up new systems.
* NSW Drivers license and a reliable vehicle.
* Willingness to apply for a Police Check.
