Contract Administrator Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing procurement and administration of subcontractor and head contracts, negotiating, drafting and executing subcontract packages, handling contract variations, and ensuring timely approvals.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial construction, a tertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar, a proactive mindset, and strong attention to detail.
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual who can work closely with the project manager and other team members to ensure project success.
