The Role
As a Speech Pathologist, you will:
* Assess and develop individualised therapy plans for clients of all ages.
* Deliver evidence-based interventions across a variety of speech, language, fluency, and social communication needs.
* Collaborate with our team and families to maximise client outcomes.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and progress reports.
* Actively contribute to the development of new resources and programs.
What We Offer
* Wage range: $80,000 – $110,000 per year (depending on experience and work hours).
* $1,500 sign-on bonus.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A recognised degree in Speech Pathology.
* Membership or eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
* A passion for helping individuals achieve their potential.
* A valid Working with Children Check
