Cho Cho San Restaurant is looking for a Chef De Partie. This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Potts Point, NSW.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties:
* Work Across all sections of the kitchen, from cooking over fire to pastry and larder sections
* Work with the head chef and sous chef on the creation and implementation and development of new dishes.
* Train junior team members to the Cho Cho San standard
* Stock ordering and regular stock-takes
For this position it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications/work experience:
* 1 year minimum experience required and experience
* Relevant Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma;
* Experience in Japanese cuisine a plus not essential
Pay: $75,000 - $80,000 per annum + 12% super
