Role: Early Childhood Educator Location: Traralgon, Conway Court, Victoria Salary Range: Educators – $39–$45 p/h Employment Type: Full-time Permanent
Centre
Centre: Goodstart Traralgon – Conway Court. We offer quality early learning programs, as well as accredited Kindergarten and Preschool programs across Australia. We are looking for like-minded professionals who are committed to making a difference in children's lives across Victoria.
Responsibilities
* Help provide the best start to a child's life and make a lasting impact while growing your career.
* Collaborate with centre peers to observe, inform and continuously improve educational programs for children.
* Put safety first and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and responsive to all children's needs.
* Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
* Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement; share best practice to improve the education program.
* Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members.
What you'll need
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Educator)
* Minimum of 1 year's experience
* Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Ability to lead a classroom effectively, engaging with educators, families and children to implement the educational program
* Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
* Commitment to reflective practice and continuous improvement
* Safety-first mindset in the workplace
