New Graduate Occupational Therapist role offering a structured 12-month program with mentorship and flexible work options at Concentric in Carrum Downs, VIC.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Participate in a structured 12-month graduate program with a gradual ramp-up period
* Complete an initial 12 weeks of intensive graduate training, including introduction to Concentric and NDIS Allied Health Space
* Work in both clinic and community settings
* Receive weekly supervision and support from a dedicated supervisor
* Engage in quarterly alignment days for learning and team building
* Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
* Utilize flexi-time and work-from-home opportunities to support work-life balance
About You
What you'll need:
* Completed Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
* Full registration or eligibility upon graduation
* Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car
* Unrestricted Australian work rights
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
