About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years of senior leadership experience in a similar role or industry.
* Strong knowledge of personal injury insurance schemes and familiarity with the legal sector.
* Exceptional leadership and customer relationship skills.
* Proven negotiation and influencing skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
