About the role
Sinclair Flowers Arts & Cafe' is seeking an experienced Florist to join our team in Victor Harbor, SA. This is a casual role, offering flexible hours and the opportunity to work in a vibrant, creative environment. As an Experienced Florist, you will be responsible for designing and creating stunning floral arrangements to delight our customers.
What you'll be doing
* Designing and crafting bespoke floral arrangements and bouquets for a range of occasions
* Maintaining the flower shop and ensuring all equipment and work areas are clean and well-organised
* Providing exceptional customer service, offering advice and guidance to help customers choose the perfect flowers
* Assisting with the daily operations of the flower shop, including inventory management and cash handling
* Collaborating with the team to come up with creative new design ideas and floral concepts
What we're looking for
* Several years of experience as a professional Florist, with a strong portfolio of previous floral design work
* Excellent knowledge of flower varieties, their care and seasonal availability
* Demonstrated ability to create visually stunning, high-quality floral arrangements
* Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for helping customers
* Creativity and an eye for design, with the ability to translate customer briefs into unique floral creations
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
* A team-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively
