We are looking for an exceptional Creative Lead – Multimedia & GenAI Experiences with over 15 years of experience in the multimedia and creative industries — someone who not only leads with vision but also executes with precision. This role demands a rare blend of strategic leadership, deep creative insight, and technical mastery.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on expert who actively contributes to the creation of high-impact multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive media — particularly leveraging the latest in Generative AI tools and emerging media technologies. Beyond leading teams and managing complex, multi-platform projects, this individual remains fully engaged in the creative process, from ideation through execution.

On qualification, a Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia (Graduated with A Grade) and Google UX Certification will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
* GenAI Content Creation: Develop cutting-edge Generative AI-driven videos and visuals to pitch ideas, demonstrate concepts, and deliver personalized client presentations.
* Client Collaboration: Partner closely with clients and stakeholders to understand project goals, define scope, and develop detailed, actionable design briefs.
* Creative Strategy & Concepting: Formulate high-impact design concepts aligned with brand identity, communication objectives, and audience engagement.
* Design Leadership: Supervise and mentor design and multimedia teams, overseeing the creation of visual assets including storyboards, sketches, illustrations, layout designs, and motion graphics.
* Innovation & Trends: Stay at the forefront of digital media trends, incorporating AI, AR/VR, interactive design, and emerging technologies to enhance creative output.
* Multimedia Production Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of video and multimedia production — from scripting and editing to animation and sound design — ensuring quality and timeliness.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, marketing, development, and production teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution across projects.
* Material & Media Planning: Recommend suitable materials, tools, and platforms for print and digital deployment, balancing aesthetics with functionality.
* Technical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive specifications and guides to ensure accurate production and consistent quality.
* Project Coordination: Lead weekly production meetings, monitor workflows, allocate resources, and ensure team alignment and goal tracking.
* Design-System Integration: Bridge the gap between design and development teams to support scalable design systems, roadmap planning, and component approvals.
* Asset Management: Organize and archive project materials and digital assets for future use, ensuring version control and easy retrieval
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia (Graduated with A Grade)
* Google UX Certification
* Over 18 years of professional experience in multimedia design, video production, creative direction, and cross-functional team coordination
* Proven track record of leading diverse projects across industries and platforms, from concept to final delivery
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency with GenAI tools (e.g., Runway ML, Midjourney, DALL·E, Sora, Adobe Firefly)
A strong Portfolio showcasing Multimedia content, i.e., videos for different clients, created with GenAI tools
Strong understanding of UX/UI, motion design, and responsive design principles
Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing presentation skills
Experience working in agile or cross-functional project environments
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender, and other multimedia tools
