KEO Care is seeking a UX/UI Product Designer to support the ongoing development and optimisation of our Salesforce CRM environment. This role focuses on translating structured wireframes into high-fidelity, developer-ready designs using Figma while contributing to the creation of a comprehensive design system that will guide all future internal platform designs.
Working closely with our Director and Branding & Marketing Manager, you will help redesign and evolve our existing CRM experience, develop new interfaces, and ensure all solutions align with KEO Care's brand, accessibility standards, and long-term UX vision.
This is an ongoing freelance collaboration supporting multiple projects across a 12–18 month engagement, with strong potential for continued partnership as our systems evolve.
What you'll do
* Transform wireframes into high-fidelity UX/UI designs ready for development
* Support the creation and evolution of a comprehensive Figma design system
* Redesign and optimise existing CRM interfaces (guided by the Branding & Marketing Manager)
* Design new elements, workflows, and user interfaces as new projects emerge
* Apply brand and accessibility standards across internal platforms
* Prepare clean, organised Figma files for developer handoff
* Maintain scalable components, layouts, and interaction patterns
* Collaborate with internal teams to refine workflows and user journeys
What we're looking for
* Strong experience in UX/UI or Product Design
* Advanced Figma skills (components, auto-layout, design systems)
* Experience designing dashboards, CRMs, or workflow-based platforms
* Ability to think in systems and contribute to scalable design structures
* Understanding of accessibility and usability best practice
* Confidence working within established brand direction
Nice to have
* Healthcare or service-based industry exposure
* Experience collaborating directly with developers
Application process
As part of the application, candidates will be asked to provide a portfolio showcasing relevant UX/UI or product design work. We strongly encourage applicants to include view-only links where possible to previous Figma files or projects where possible, as this helps us understand how you structure components, layouts, and developer handoff.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a short Figma-based design activity aligned with the type of work involved in this role. This activity is designed to understand your design thinking, structure, and approach to systems-based design.
This role suits a freelance designer who enjoys forming long-term partnerships and contributing to the evolution of complex internal systems.
